Corrections and editorial feedback
If an offer, payment method or licensing detail on this site is out of date or wrong, tell us. Corrections are made promptly and the review date is updated so readers can see the page has been rechecked.
Commercial enquiries
Operators may contact us about affiliate arrangements. To be direct about what such an arrangement does and does not buy: it does not buy a ranking position, a score, or the removal of criticism from a review.
What we cannot help with
We are not an operator and we hold no accounts. We cannot access, verify, credit or close an account with any casino, and we cannot intervene in a dispute — contact the operator directly, and escalate to its alternative dispute resolution provider if that fails.
We cannot provide gambling advice, financial advice, or support for gambling-related harm. Independent services exist for that and are listed on our responsible gambling page.
What to include when you write to us
A correction reaches the right person fastest when it names the page and quotes the sentence you are querying. If the point turns on something an operator publishes — a wagering requirement, a withdrawal timescale, a licence detail — a link to where you saw it lets us check the source rather than debate the claim.
You do not need to explain who you are or why you are asking. We treat a correction from a reader exactly as we treat one from an operator: we check it, and if it holds we change the page and update the review date.
If your complaint is about an operator, not about us
Be aware of what the route looks like in Canada, because it is not the same as in a market with a single national regulator. If the site is licensed by your province, the provincial regulator provides an escalation path. If it is licensed offshore, your route is the operator's own complaints process and then its licensing body, wherever that is — there is no Canadian body with jurisdiction over it.
Write to the operator first and keep the correspondence, including dates, amounts and screenshots. Telling us what happened is still useful even though we cannot compel anyone to do anything: a pattern of complaints about the same site is something a review should reflect, and it is the kind of thing we would rather find out from you than from a reader who lost money later.
