Who we are, and what you are agreeing to

This website is operated by Shterling Digital Consulting LTD, of HaManof 2, Rehovot, Israel. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that operator, and "you" means anyone using this site. You can contact us at contact@shterlingdigital.com.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site — that is the only consequence, because there is nothing here to cancel or unsubscribe from.

This site is intended only for adults of legal gambling age. That is 19 in most Canadian provinces and 18 in Quebec and Manitoba. If you are under the legal age where you live, leave this site.

What this site is — and what it is not

• It is a comparison and review publisher. We write about online casino operators; we do not run one.
• You cannot gamble here. There is no game, no wager, no deposit and no account on this website.
• We hold no gambling licence, and we make no claim to be licensed or regulated as a gambling operator, because we are not one.
• We are not your agent, adviser or intermediary. Any account you open is between you and that operator.

Our content is information and opinion, not advice

Our scores and rankings are editorial judgements made against a published framework. They are opinion. They are not financial advice, not legal advice, and not a recommendation that you should gamble.

Nothing on this site promises any outcome. Gambling results are determined by chance, and no article, ranking or bonus here changes that. Treat gambling as entertainment with a cost, never as a way to make money.

Information changes, and we may be out of date

Operator offers, terms, payment methods and licensing change frequently and without telling us. We check and date our pages, but between one check and the next a detail here may be wrong.

Before you act on anything you read here — especially a bonus or a payment limit — confirm it on the operator's own site. Where this site and the operator disagree, the operator is right and we are stale.

How we are paid

Some links to operators are affiliate links. If you follow one and open an account, we may receive a commission. This is disclosed on every page carrying such a link, and it is the only way this site earns anything.

Commission does not buy a ranking position, a score, or the removal of criticism. Our review methodology is published so you can judge that claim rather than take it on trust.

Our content belongs to us

The text, structure, scoring framework and design of this site are ours. You are welcome to read, print and share links to it. You may not republish it wholesale, scrape it at scale, or present our reviews as your own.

Operator names and logos, where shown, belong to those operators and are used to identify what we are writing about.

What we are and are not responsible for

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own jurisdiction.
