The five areas we score
Each carries equal weight. A site cannot compensate for a weak area with a strong one without that showing in the breakdown, which is published on every review page.
- Games and software — catalogue range, the spread of studios, and whether you can actually find a specific game.
- Bonuses and promotions — how clearly the terms are written, not how large the headline number is.
- Payments and withdrawals — supported methods, processing times, withdrawal limits, and how the verification process is handled.
- Support and security — reachability and response quality, plus how easy it is to find deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion.
- Mobile experience — how the site behaves on a phone, which for most readers is the only way they will use it.
What raises and lowers a score
Transparency raises scores. Published game rules, plainly written bonus terms, stated withdrawal limits and accessible account controls all count in an operator's favour, because they let a player make an informed decision.
Obscurity lowers them. Terms that require cross-referencing three documents, withdrawal caps disclosed only after a large win, and promotional pressure aimed at players who have just lost all count against.
What we do not score
We do not score how much anyone won or lost. Outcomes are determined by chance, and any review that treated them as evidence of a site's quality would be misleading.
We do not score based on commission rates. Commercial terms play no part in the framework above.
How often reviews are updated
Offers and payment methods change frequently, so every review carries the date it was last checked. If the date is stale, treat the specifics as stale and confirm them on the operator's own site.
